Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk92r ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk92r website, mobile interfaces, applications, services and all associated content accessible via the domain pk92r.cam.

pk92r is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform offers sports wagering — with a particular focus on cricket, including PSL, ICC tournaments and international Pakistan cricket — live casino games, slots, table games, esports betting and related services, with all account balances denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms must be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the contractual framework governing your use of pk92r. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall take precedence except where specifically stated otherwise.

Section 02

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform to access services.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, any bonus funds maintained in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game or other permitted market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to a User's Account, which may be subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under the Platform's compliance procedures before full account functionality (including withdrawals) is enabled.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all Balances, transactions and displayed amounts are denominated on this Platform.
• "Platform" means the pk92r website, mobile site, application and any related service accessible via pk92r.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where accessing and using the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction mechanism by which a User requests to be excluded from accessing the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

Section 03

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. This is an adults-only platform. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you are not permitted to register an account, access the Platform or place any bets.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register an account you must:

• Be of the minimum eligible age as specified in clause 3.1;
• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number;
• Not already hold an existing active or previously closed pk92r account;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee;
• Confirm that you understand gambling laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
• Agree to these Terms in full at the point of registration.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold one (1) account on the Platform only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all related accounts, withhold balances pending investigation and permanently ban the User from re-registering.

3.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. The Platform recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available as an additional security measure.

In the event that you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or a security breach, you must notify the Platform immediately at [email protected]. pk92r shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Platform operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedure. You will be required to provide government-issued identity documentation — such as a National Identity Card (CNIC/SNIC) or passport — along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method, before withdrawals are processed or certain account limits are raised.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend account activity, including withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

4.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. The Platform may apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as specified in the current fee schedule. Users will be notified before any fee is applied and will be given a reasonable opportunity to reactivate their account.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the Platform cashier and may vary by payment method. Deposits must be funded from payment sources in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted. Payment environments familiar to Pakistani users are supported; availability of specific methods should be confirmed in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The Platform may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing timelines vary by method and are displayed in the cashier.

The Platform reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending investigation. In such cases, the User will be notified in a timely manner.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, displayed amounts and transaction records on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not guarantee against losses arising from currency fluctuations where external conversion is involved.

Section 06

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and confirmed once you have received an explicit confirmation from the Platform — typically a bet reference number displayed on screen. The Platform reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, including where a technical error in odds pricing has occurred.

6.2 Errors & Manifest Odds Mistakes

Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human mistake, the Platform reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's account. The Platform will notify affected Users where this occurs.

6.3 Event Cancellations & Void Bets

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to reach a valid conclusion as defined by the Platform's sport-specific rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned. The treatment of specific scenarios — such as rain-interrupted PSL matches or weather-affected ICC fixtures — is governed by the sport-specific rules available in the Platform's betting rules section.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Once a bet is confirmed in-play, it cannot be cancelled by the User. The Platform accepts no liability for bets placed based on third-party live data feeds or broadcast delays. Users should be aware that live scores and odds displayed may be subject to a slight delay.

Section 07

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotions and bonus offers made available through the Platform are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions. These specific terms take precedence over general bonus guidance. Where a conflict exists between general and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms. Maximum bet restrictions during an active bonus rollover period are enforced; exceeding the stated maximum bet may result in the bonus being voided.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any uncompleted rollover and associated bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation. Users should not claim a bonus unless they intend to actively complete the rollover within the stated timeframe.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC;
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others to circumvent the one-account policy;
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting outcomes, or insider betting based on non-public information;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, latency arbitrage or technical vulnerabilities to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where such access is unlawful;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff or other users.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual content, software code, user interface designs and database structures — is the exclusive property of pk92r or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk92r. Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk92r, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages howsoever arising;
• Losses arising from interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure or third-party service failures;
• Losses arising from delays in the processing of deposits, withdrawals or bet settlements due to circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios or data feed providers.

The Platform's aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total value of your Account Balance at the time the claim arises, or PKR 25,000 — whichever is the lesser amount — except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Section 11

Responsible Gambling

pk92r is committed to responsible gambling as a core operational principle. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools to help Users manage their play safely, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion. These tools are available within your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

The Platform reserves the right to impose additional limits, request further information or close accounts where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour. Such action may be taken without prior notice where the Platform deems it necessary for the protection of the User.

Users who wish to self-exclude may request this through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period. Section 12

Termination

12.1 Termination by the User

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be completed, or such bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you following completion of withdrawal verification, provided no outstanding compliance investigations are active.

12.2 Termination by the Platform

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct is identified or suspected;
• A User is found to be in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• An account is identified as belonging to an underage individual;
• The Platform is required to act by a competent authority or applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, the Platform reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation. Where funds are subsequently confirmed as legitimately held real-money funds, they will be returned net of any applicable charges arising from the breach.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

pk92r reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice, which shall be no less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk92r operates, as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation.

In the event of a dispute, the User should first contact the Platform's customer support team in writing at [email protected] to seek resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure. The Platform commits to responding to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and transparently.
