This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by pk92r ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and governs the collection, use, storage, disclosure and protection of personal data belonging to individuals ("User", "you", "your") who access or use the pk92r website and associated services available at pk92r.cam.

pk92r is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform designed for Pakistani users. All account balances and transaction amounts on the Platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform covers cricket — including PSL, ICC tournaments and international Pakistan cricket matches — sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and esports.

This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which together with this Policy constitute the full contractual and regulatory framework governing your use of pk92r. • "Cookie" means a small text file placed on a User's device by the Platform for functional, analytical or preference-related purposes.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedure required by the Platform before full account functionality is enabled.
• "Sensitive Personal Data" means data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, financial details or data relating to criminal convictions — subject to heightened protection obligations.

Section 03

Data Controller

pk92r acts as the Data Controller in respect of personal data collected through the Platform. As Data Controller, pk92r determines the lawful purposes for which personal data is processed and the means by which such processing is carried out. Where third-party service providers process data on our behalf, they do so only as Data Processors under contractual obligations that mirror the protections set out in this Policy.

Data We Collect

4.1 Registration Data

When you create an account on pk92r, we collect the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• Date of birth (to verify minimum age eligibility);
• Residential address, including city and province (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar);
• Email address;
• Mobile phone number;
• Username and hashed account password;
• Preferred language and currency settings (default: English / PKR).

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to verify your identity before enabling full account functionality — including withdrawals — we may collect and process:

• Copy of government-issued photo identification (CNIC/SNIC, passport or driver's licence);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement or similar);
• Proof of payment method (where required);
• Selfie or liveness-check photograph for biometric matching purposes;
• Source of funds documentation where the Platform has a regulatory or risk-based obligation to request it.

4.3 Financial Transaction Data

We collect records of all financial transactions conducted through your account, including:

• Deposit amounts, dates and payment method references (in PKR);

Section 09

Data Retention

pk92r retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to meet applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations, and to handle any disputes or legal claims that may arise.

On expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or permanently anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with any identifiable individual.

10.1 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the Platform to recognise your device, remember your preferences, maintain your login session and collect analytics data about Platform usage.

10.2 Types of Cookies We Use

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for core Platform functionality — including login session management, security tokens and balance display in PKR. These cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to use the Platform.
• Performance & Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymised data on how Users navigate and use the Platform — such as page load times, error rates and popular game categories. Used to improve Platform performance and user experience.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences — such as language selection (English) and odds format preference — to provide a consistent experience across sessions.
• Marketing Cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotional content based on your preferences and Platform activity, where you have provided consent to receive marketing communications.

10.3 Managing Cookies

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure.
